Run 10K
If you cannot
run 10K, mix walking and running. Try
walking for 4 minutes and running for 1 minute.
If you cannot run, ruck. Walk
fast carrying a load. Try a weighted
vest or a backpack. If you cannot ruck,
walk. If you cannot walk 10K, let’s talk.
