Back Squat

That’s ten sets of three. Ten opportunities to practice set up. With three reps at a time you are more likely to maintain form and focus. Use no more than 60% of your 1 RM. Try a 3:1 pace ratio, controlled descent to rock bottom maintaining tension, then explode out of the bottom with speed. Rest no more than 2 minutes between sets.
