  1. Row 8 minutes for calories
  2. “Death by Burpees”
  3. Row 8 minutes for calories
How to do it:  Set up the rower for calories, and row for 8 minutes. Immediately following the row, with a running clock, do one burpee.  Every minute on the minute add one burpee until you are no longer able to complete the next set within the subsequent minute.  After you hit your limit on burpees, immediately return to the rower and row 8 minutes for calories.
