Warmup

Rotational (shoulders, trunk, knees)
Then
15 air squats
10 pushups

WOD

For time:
Swim as far as you can in 30 minutes.

If you don’t like to swim, then I have some advice:
a. Do it anyway.  This is a General Physical Preparedness program.  You need to swim.
If you just refuse to swim, rest. You’ll thank me tomorrow.
