Then 25m High knees, Butt kicks, High Knees skipping, Backward skipping, Sideways skipping and Back pedal.
Then
2-3 min static stretching as needed
WOD
For time:
Run 6x300 meters, that’s ¾ of a lap on the track.
Rest for the time it takes to walk 100 meters (the remaining 1/4 of the full lap).
Work at around 70-80% intensity. Concentrate on good form. Strive for faster turnover rather than longer strides, your hammies will thank you!
