Warmup
- 3-4 min jump rope
- Inchworm “out”
- Spiderman “back”
- PVC pass throughs
Then
2 rounds not for time
- 10-12 GHD sit-ups
- 5-8 strict pull-ups
- 10-12 air squats


WOD
Pull-up Ladder- With a running clock, perform one pull up, then every minute on the minute add one pull up until you cannot complete the next round in the time remaining.

Follow with 100 air squats for time.
