Warm Up
- 3 sets of 10 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
In 10 minutes complete as many rounds possible of

- 10 GHD sit ups
- 10 Walking lunges
- 10 push ups

Main WOD
- Knee to the ground on each lunge.  Chest touches the ground on each pushup.
