15 Minute AMRAP:
“Get Up and Go”
Perform a kettle bell (53/35) Turkish Get-up and walk 10 meters with the KB held overhead. At the end of the walk, return to the ground and repeat in the other direction with the opposite hand.

Main WOD
- Ensure that you keep your core tight throughout the movement and your arm locked out the entire time. Do not overextend your body to one side to counter balance the weight.

- Hold the stretch each side for 2 minutes.
