- Sprint 50m
Rest exactly 1 minute between rounds.
- Use any variation of plyo push-up (clapping, plate hop-ups/overs, or just hands leaving the ground).
- Your "score" is the slowest of the 10 rounds. Aim for hard, consistent efforts!
