1) S&C
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
- Burpees- Sit-ups (use a rolled up towel as an AbMat sub)
2) Mobility / Flexibility
- Test Side Split on each leg
- 2 minutes of Couch Stretch on each leg
- Retest and hold 2:00 Side Split on each leg (or scale to hurdler stretch)
