"Tabata Something Other than Else"
In tabata format (20 seconds work & 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds each):
Tuck Jumps (legs as high as you can, at least above parallel)
Push-up (chest to deck!)
Sit-up (Abmat -- or use a rolled up towel)
Air Squat (get low get low get LOOOOW)
Score is sum of lowest individual interval for each exercise...post to MAIN WOD comments.
