This is a great opportunity to test your CrossFit skills and spend a day with people who share your passion. If you are new to CrossFit, this is a chance to get some competition experience in a low-key setting. The competition will be limited to members of the Fort Leavenworth community, with both Rx and Open divisions available. Head to the registration site for additional info on movement standards.
