North Central Regional Update - Day 2


Staying alive on "Survival Day"...  Jacob finds himself in 15th place overall after Day 2 of Regionals.  Starting the day in 14th, he improved his position with a 10th place time/score of 25:02 on Event 4: "the Hundreds."  The workout was so challenging that only 8 male athletes completed the full WOD in under the 25:00 time cap.

Event 5 was a Fran-style format of heavy deadlifts and big box jumps.  Jake posted a hugely respectable 7:00 time, though against the strong field that placed him in 33rd place for the event.

Last two events of the competition are today.  Jake starts Event 6, Heat 3 at high noon.  Send strong thoughts his way!  Regardless of how the final standings shake out, unbelievable to see one of our own mixing it up at this level of competition.  Much respect...
