Whole30 Notes (Day 28)

Hopefully you are feeling so good that you've lost track of the days. Have you been sharing all that you learned with friends and family? 

Some might listen, but not everyone will be willing to hear your message. Just lead by quiet example. Host a Whole30 dinner party and share some delicious food with them.
